Eat Chow Costa Mesa

I am one of the pickiest eaters of all time. I will not lie I don’t like a lot of food and when my dad had taken me Eat Chow in Costa Mesa I wasn’t sure what to make of it. The restaurant itself was a very interesting set up because it was on a side street and it was kind of in a baby store. By kind of in I mean there was a window that showed the baby store all around the restaurant and there was some chairs and tables in the baby store. It was defiantly a different. All of the chairs and tables were small but it wasn’t set up where you would be uncomfortable rather it is a cozy place to be. The service was great as well. Our waitress was cool with the fact that I had question about what I wanted to eat.

I was kind of pissed because there didn’t seem to be a lot for me to eat but I was wrong, I had the most amazing sandwich. It was a turkey pastrami sandwich and it. I am not going to even lie about that. I didn’t even have to get the salad that came with it I got fries instead. They have this amazing mustard that went on top of it and the meat had this great spice to it. Unlike beef pastrami, it was not fatty at all. I am really weird about having fatty food and this was not a problem for me at all.  I am a foodie for sure and I love desert and they had one of my all time favor types of dessert, ice cream taco. It was a giant taco shell fried with thrifty chocolate chip ice cream drizzled with caramel and hot fudge. It was amazing. I could eat it every day and be 600 pounds.

Over all it was a great experience and the food was amazing. I would go back to try the mac and cheese and have the damn sandwich again along with a taco ice cream.
